We are having a great time learning and I am enjoying each one of your children.  Every one of them has something special to contribute to our class!  Thank you for your help and support at home! 

Reading aloud with your child is fundamental to his/her learning to read and being excited about reading.  Please continue to read daily (five nights a week) with your child for at least 15 minutes.  Remember this includes the books you read to them as well as what they read to you.  Please send back the September reading calendar with your signature included so your child can earn his/her prize.  The October reading calendar should have come home with your child on October 1^st.
