Early Literacy Idea

Have your child use narrative language to describe the characters and setting from a story you have read to him/her.

Remember our reading goal is 15 minutes a night/five nights a week.  Please read to your child and have him/her read to you!  This is so important!  Thanks for all you do!

News

         Wow! We are winding down to the end of the year so quickly! We are going to stay busy until the very last day.  We will stay focused on our academic goals as well as enjoy many fun activities.  This Wednesday in our program and we are excited to present it to you! It will begin at 6:00 PM in the school gym.  The students need to be in Sunday dress and meet in the school library at 5:45.  Both AM and PM classes will be performing together.

         The last day of school is Wednesday, May 23^rd.  All students will get to meet their first grade teacher for next year on this day.  In order for this to happen, we need all students to attend the morning session of kindergarten including those who normally attend the PM class.  We will meet from 8:50-10:50.  There is no Extended Day Kindergarten on this day.
